A former British Army Intelligence Officer and founder of EvolveCubed.ai, Angus Morrison is Programme Director, Leading in the AI Era at Henley Business School. His work focuses on helping leaders understand how artificial intelligence is changing both how work is performed, and what organisations are capable of achieving. He explores the implications for leadership, decision-making, organisational design and capability development as organisations move from experimentation with AI to enterprise-wide adoption.

Over a 30-year career, he has led complex transformation initiatives across retail, financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, healthcare and government working for organisations including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Unilever, Lloyds Banking Group, Virgin Media O2, the NHS and UK Government. His experience spans multichannel commerce, customer loyalty, personalisation, customer engagement and organisational transformation, helping organisations rethink and redesign how they operate, decide and create value.
