Chris Bleakley oversees Spire Healthcare Group’s resourcing strategy, including strategic workforce planning, executive recruitment, permanent and contingent hiring.

Chris brings extensive experience from senior resourcing and talent leadership roles across complex, high‑performance organisations. His background spans workforce transformation, large‑scale recruitment operations and talent strategy, with a track record of building future‑ready workforces aligned to organisational culture and growth. This is his first position in Healthcare having previously worked in Financial Services for Nationwide, Barclays and the challenger bank, Aldermore.
