As Group HR Director for Allied Irish Bank (AIB) she worked on transforming the organisation to help it reach its goals through a focus on great people leadership, employee engagement and strategy alignment.

She was the youngest female HR Director working for a FTSE 100 company, and revolutionised the culture of RSA – one of the world’s leading insurers. She has particular strengths in employee engagement, capability building and talent management.
